Return & Exchange

As each piece is thoughtfully crafted, we do not offer returns.
Exchanges are only accepted in the event that:

The product has a manufacturing defect, size or The item received is materially different from the item ordered. Exchange pieces are non-returnable.
Reverse Pick-Up: Provided only in case of a faulty or incorrect delivery. Customer is liable to pay for reverse pick-up of exchange pieces.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. AM:IT is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. AM:IT does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at AM:IT's sole discretion.

To be eligible for exchange:

A request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags must remain attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Items that are worn, altered, damaged, washed, soiled, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Once approved, eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Store credit may be used against any future purchase on the AM:IT website and will be subject to the validity period communicated at the time of issue.

As inventory is limited and replacement sizes or styles may not always be available, we recommend using store credit to place a new order where required.

Returns and exchanges are applicable only to purchases made directly through the AM:IT website. Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, stockists, or partner stores are subject to the respective seller's return and exchange policies.

All sale purchases are final.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.
